Humans are naturally improving species, from thousands of years to date, they were evolving from one generation to the next, advancing in terms of knowledge experience, economic development and expertise.

Humans are naturally developing their environment, some of the resources nessasery for such developments are Youth and other human resources, (Man power) natural resources, like mining, farming and other available resources.

Look at our African youth, they are constantly fleeing from Africa, either directly or indirectly. Direct means, our youth are migrating through illegal means to Europe and America in search of better life. Indirect migration means, through scholarships and job opportunities. The bright students are normally sent for scholarships abroad, why don’t African Governments fund such knowledge to be available in African counties?

Can’t we create that better life here in Africa?

Yes, we can, but some of the conditions for a more prosperous and developed Africa include, the need for sacrifice, and more so from the African leaders and politicians.

Africa has a vast un-explored resources, therefore exploring such potential resources is very easy, as it creates job opportunity for the jobless citizens, it is also important to consider the local communities and give them the deserved rights when crucial projects are started,  to assure  the success of such development initiatives.

To be honest, 90% of the money that could make Africans rich, is in the pockets of a few politicians, who use their position to keep others as poor as they can, while enriching themselves even more, it a bitter reality that needs to change, Government positions are meant to develop the locals, it shouldn’t become a job opportunity for leaders, but rather a challenge to the leaders at different government positions in the different African countries.

Many times, you may see African leaders holding meetings at different venues in the name of developing Africa, how can that become a reality if the same leaders are not ready to implement equal resource distribution systems?

How much money does an African leader pay to travel to other countries using a private jet?  This costs millions of the tax payer’s money, that amount alone could make hundred African families very rich.

Running for a political position should be viewed as an opportunity to change the whole country or community rather than a selfish individual, tribe or family gains.

Every leader must understand that it is his or her responsibility to support every individual in his/her country or local area.

Another important factor that brain drains Africa is that, in the developed world, students Start working as early as when preparing their diploma or certificate caurses, while in Africa, graduates and professors are shoe polishers while others are iddlers, which creates a loophole for the Learned ones to look for opportunities abroad and never come back to Africa. Remember, when a family or an individual leaves Africa, they start developing the country that grants them the resettlement opportunity.

Reduction and elimination of both civil wars and cross-border fighting over territories and other reasons like resources could  also help African Governments Chanel their  efforts towards self sustainability and financial freedom.
